Indian Path Medical Office Building

The new 52,500 square-foot office building, which fronts John B. Dennis Highway, is a two level medical office building with underground parking. The project was completed April 2006 working with general contractor Burleson Construction Company and electrical contractor Massey Electric Company. The main floor houses the new offices for the Kingsport office of AOA (Appalachian Orthopaedic Associates). This building also houses a state of the art G.E. MRI machine with open arrangement and skylight above as well as RehabPlus facilities. The mechanical system consists of three (3) Trane IntelliPak rooftop units with variable frequency drives on the fans and variable air volume boxes zone control. The MRI section has a Liebert Remote Chiller on the roof and a Liebert Computer Room unit for the control room. The building has a state of the art digital Johnson Controls system with integration into the campus wide network.
