S. B. White Company was selected to install the plumbing and mechanical work for a new stand alone two story medical office building for Sycamore Shoal s Hospital in Elizabethton, TN. This new facility is approximately 35,000 square feet and was to be built out 100% at the time. It housed space for Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Physical Therapy on the first floor and Primary Care and Internal Medicine on the second floor. The mechanical system consisted of rooftop units with variable air volume boxes with electric reheat and a Johnson Controls system. The architect is Dineen West with CainRashWest Architects and the general contractor is J. E. Green Company for Mountain States Health Alliance.
