S. B. White Company is contracted with Johnson Controls Construction Management to perform the HVAC and plumbing installations for the new corporate headquarters building for the Bank of Tennessee. The system is a conventional water source heat pump system with Lochinvar hot water boilers with blending valves, Evapco closed circuit cooling tower, and Bell & Gossett pumps. Total system capacity is around 125 tons and utilizes a Trane Intellipac rooftop unit with an energy recovery wheel to treat the outside air before injecting it into the system. The building itself is a beautiful 3 story brick and glass building totaling just over 65,000 square feet of bank and tenant space. This projet was completed in 2007.
